Editorial policy
How we report
The standards every World-Crypt article is held to — from sourcing and fact-checking to corrections, conflicts of interest and sponsored content.
Last updated September 2026
Our standards
AccuracyEvery figure is attributed to a primary source — exchange data, filings, on-chain records or named people. When something cannot be verified, we say so.
SourcingWe prefer on-the-record sources. Anonymous sources are used only when there is no other way to report the story, and at least one editor knows who they are.
IndependenceAdvertisers, partners and token projects have no say over what we cover or how. Commercial and editorial teams are kept separate.
Conflicts of interestWriters disclose any crypto holdings relevant to what they cover and do not write about assets they actively trade.
Sponsored contentPaid articles and partner content are clearly labelled “Sponsored” and are never presented as news.
Not financial adviceOur content is for information only. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
Corrections
Mistakes happen. We fix them quickly and openly.
Fixed on the page
Factual errors are corrected in the article with a dated note explaining what changed.
Within 24 hours
We aim to review every correction request within one working day.
