Arkham Intelligence, a blockchain analytics firm founded in 2020, ran a centralized exchange that added spot trading in several US states in early 2025. In February 2026 its founder said the exchange would become fully decentralized after daily volume of about $620,000, and in April 2026 Arkham launched decentralized trading of Solana tokens. US access rules and fees were not found.
