Crypto.com's app serves US residents in 49 states and DC; New York is restricted. Its US site lists 400+ cryptocurrencies alongside stocks, ETFs, IRAs, trading bots and prediction markets on its CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange. It received conditional OCC approval for a national trust bank charter in February 2026. The proof of reserves shown on its website dates from December 2022.
